Anthony Ciccone, older brother of Madonna, was arrested earlier this week in a public restroom in Michigan. According to Billboard's website, he refused to leave the place and confronted the police, when removed by force with a mandate pending for trespassing.

With the level of alcohol in the blood of 0.4 (when allowed to run is 0.08), Ciccone had a fight with the cops, and during the confusion, fell to the ground and injured his face. It took nine stitches in his forehead.
Also according to Billboard, he follows arrested, with no attorney. Sister Madonna declined to prognosticate about it. Besides him, the pop star has six brothers.
