I haven't liked it at first, but after listening for a second time I realized the meaning of the lyrics.
The music speaks not only about party and dance till the daylight, it is much more than that. It's a way of saying that Miley is no longer the kid who played Hannah Montana, but instead herself, who grew up and became the independent woman she is today.
As long as the melody I have nothing to say except to congratulate Mike WILL Made by it-big hit.
I'll give it a 7.5 out od 10 stars.
