The album starts with tennis court, a music with a very odd video but with a melody and lyrics that will put you in love with the song. 9.3
400 Lux comes next. Lorde puts her sweet voice in an awesome song with a kinda uptempo vibe, creating an amazing song. It kinda reminds me of The Naked and Famous. 8.8
Royals is next. The hit song of the moment is one of the best songs released this year and made Lorde a worldwide star. 10/10
Ribs is amazing! Lorde voice makes a great connection between the lyrics and the melody making the song darker and sadder but also more enjoyable. 9.0/10
Buzzcut Session is another great song. Lorde really knows how to make good music. The instrumental is so amazing that even if her viced sucked the song would still be awesome. But that's not the case. Lorde knows how to sing. 9.5/10
Team is the next one. Seriously Lorde is the beat surprise for me. I heard her album only because I liked Royals but I never taught the album would be so great and this song is no exception. The way she sings makes the song so beautiful. I'm definitely on her team after this album. 9.1
Glory and Come is another great song. Everything is perfect in this song. The lyrics, the reathm, the voice...9.5/10
Still same is a good song but compared to the other is in an inferior level. 7.6/10
White Teeth Teens is great. Lorde really knows how to write. And the beat kinda reminds me something that Adele or even Florence would do. 8.8/10
A Word Alone closes the album in an amazing way. The ballad is the best way to end the album. Lorde shows us her awesome vocals and her creativity with this song. The perfect end. 9/10
Overall Review: Lorde really made a great album and to think that this is her first LP makes me even more anxious to hear what she has next. I just hope she doesn't fade away with time like many others (Ex: Duffy). But if her team makes the right decisions she can be huge. The truth is that the world is falling in love with her (Almost 500k with her debut album with only few weeks after the released is amazing). One of the best albums of the year. 9.1/10
